On 02nd of september 2005 our Cleopatra got twins. Both little boys are sweetie-pies: In birth they had a weight of 136g (Crispin) and 124g (Cariño) and since then they gain weight very well. For Cleopatra this rearing surely will be much easier. One night Amaryllis crept into the nest and drunk secretly at Cleo’s teat. For the first three weeks the kitten will stay in our sleeping room, before they move into the play-pen and learn about scratching post and cat litter pan.

This time Cleo did not need Ginny’s help. Nevertheless Ginny was present and helped Cleopatra suckling the newborns. Her babies the elder ones from Cleo and Melissa look forward to get a little gulp occationally, although they do not need mother’s milk any more since some weeks.
